Marula seed oil is a yellow to pink oil with a fruity, nutty odour. It is extracted from the kernel of the fruits of the Marula trees, also known as Sclerocarya birrea.
Sourced from our own supply in Mozambique.
We carry organic and conventional grades.
The seed is removed from the marula fruit. Marula kernels are carefully removed from inside the seed and cold pressed to extract the oil. Oil is pressed on customer order.
The marula fruit is harvested around January to April.
